How effective are personal trainers at gyms?
Looking to put on ~16 pounds of muscle and maintaining a good bit of endurance (a little bit on opposite ends of the spectrum) but not completely sure how to do it effectively and in the time frame I’m working with. Would getting a personal trainer at the gym be worth the cost?

Messages beta for OS X. Comes as a sneak peak of Mountain-Lion. Messaging system that connects with Apple’s mobile iMessage functionality. Going to test it out :)
